In January, new Contact Center service: Cachapuz, another step closer to its clients!

Cachapuz will implement from January 2014 onwards, a new Contact Center service in order to get even closer to its customers through excellence in service in its technical assistance level.
The aim of this new service is to create a complete, close and personal relationship with the customer, through a technical support service and counseling with high level of efficiency and accuracy.
A highly qualified staff is always available to answer all questions through various communication channels currently available in the company: telephone (call center), email, chat, SMS and social networks.
With this structure, Cachapuz expectes to better understand the increasingly personalized needs of its customers, a measure classified as one of the most important one in the strategy outlined for 2014, namely in retention of customers.
