Contact Center: an excelent service!

In January 2014 Cachapuz has implemented a new service: the Contact Centre.

 

Cachapuz has managed to stay closer to its clients by providing a more complete, personalized and fast service. This support service and technical advice has had amazing results: 9188 minutes of attendance have been registered, making for a total of 734 customer contacts, to whom 9 minutes of attention was dedicated in on average. The customer focus has resulted in an increase of 36% in all the processed files, compared to 2013, reflecting the effort and dedication of the entire team to this project.

 

These results show Cachapuz’s ability to rapidly and effectively solve the different demands of the market, thereby promoting a closer relationship with its clients. For this to happen, Cachapuz has a highly qualified and always available team.
