Cachapuz offers swing for children with reduced mobility

The World Children’s Day, June, the 1st, was marked by the inauguration of a swing for children with reduced mobility offered by Cachapuz on the “Rodovia Playground”.

“One Playground for All” was the chosen action which had the unconditional support of the Municipality of Braga from the fisrt moment it was conceived. The inauguration of the swing was attended by the Mayor, Mr. Ricardo Rio, Mrs. Sameiro Araújo, City Councilor for Sport, Youth, Health and Wellness and Associations and Ms. Lídia Dias, City Councilor for Education and Culture. Also present were the families and friends of the children at the venue.

Cachapuz thus promoted social inclusion and equality, providing children with limited mobility the opportunity to play on a swing designed especially for them. After unveiled the equipment, all the children present had the opportunity to try the swing presenting everyone with thrilling and contagious smiles which caused much emotional feelings in this act of social responsibility provided by Cachapuz.

It will be a day to remember with moments and smiles left in the memory of all of those who were present.
