Ovibeja: Cachapuz stands out amongst more than 1000 exhibitors

Between April, the 30th and May, the 4th, “All the Alentejo in this World” was exhibited during the 31st edition of Ovibeja. Ovibeja is an exhibition that is born from the land and developed in the city. It is the mark of an inclusive fair, encouraging, instigating and the driving engine of different dynamics that comprise its society.

Manuel de Castro e Brito, President of ACOS – Farmers from the South, responsible for organizing the great fair of the South, made a very positive assessment of this year, both in terms of the number of exhibitors and in terms of the number of visitors.

Successful was also the presence of Cachapuz, centennial company from Braga, exceeding the expectations. The privileged location of Cachapuz’s stand 11, a robust yet elegant space, was an obligatory passage point, contributing to an amazing and contagious influx of visitors. The equipment on exhibition evoked the curiosity of visitors taking particular emphasis on the weighing system, the Checkweigher 230.

Also exhibited on the stand, the weighing platform for live cattle stood out in the eyes of the younger ones since the already famous mascot Cachopa was present to highlight the equipment. Our mascot was also the star of the popular Sunday Show “Portugal em Festa” broadcasted by SIC, spending the entire program in the background stage, accompanying the famous hosts of the show, Rita Ferro Rodrigues and José Figueiras.

Again, Cachapuz leaves its own prints of a leading, certified and highlighted company in the world of industrial weighing, clearly keeping up to this event’s importance!
