Cachapuz: where an excellent customer service makes the difference!

Cachapuz was present at FILDA – Feira Internacional de Luanda (Luanda International Fair) – together with its Angolan market representative, Metalfer.

It was a great opportunity to consolidate bounds with this entity, considering that the distance that separates the two countries, Portugal and Angola, makes it difficult to have personal meetings. What prevails is the strong and mutual will of innovating and ensuring an excellent service for its ‘heavy weight’ customers.

Cachapuz exhibited at stand 23, hall 4, where the visitors’ interest fell upon several of Cachapuz’s weighing equipments. In general, FILDA was characterized by the presence of business people who collected contacts for a future business.

Cachapuz’s commercial presence in this territory has contributed to the enhancing of the market prospection resulting in various established contacts.

Another ‘heavy weight’ presence was the one of our Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Paulo Portas, who has visited the stands at the Portugal Hall, greeting all the exhibitors. In this edition, Portugal was the country with the largest number of participants with 95 companies, followed by Italy with 70 and Germany with 28.
