Cachapuz focus on the customer proximity

From April, 22nd till 25th, the 2nd edition of STONE – Feira Internacional da Pedra Natural de Portugal (International Fair of the Portuguese Natural Stone) -, took place in ExpoSalão da Batalha. Cachapuz were there for the first time with a positive feedback.

The Minister of Environment, Territorial Planning and Energy, Dr. Jorge Moreira da Silva, was there, valorizing the effort on the Portuguese ornamental stone and reinforcing its importance for the national exports increase.

Cachapuz was represented by two sales people, António Chaves and 27 (for the south and center parts of the country, respectively). Besides the previously scheduled meetings, many visitors passed by Cachapuz’s stand, requesting information about weighbridges, PRM platforms and PTE-LW forklift trucks and pallet trucks systems.

This event served mainly to foment the existing relationship with the locally based clients, providing a full and customized customer service.

In general, visitors’ affluence was not expressive but Cachapuz still managed to foment the proximity with its clients and the proactive market consultation, setting its presence at an event that considers to be highly prompter for the country’s inert sector.
