Information is important in the management of a business, but more important than this is the manner in which that information is presented. The information must be, for example, submitted to a manager in an abbreviated form, maybe in the form of a chart that transmits the essential data. This will allow the manager to extract all the necessary information for the management of the business.

Information for certain users can also be grouped by sector, focused on the part of the business for which the user intends to obtain more or less detailed information.

A user that is more on operational side of the business requires more detailed information, some of which will be sent to the company’s clients.

Thus, since we are aware of your needs and profiles, SPAT provides a set of data analysis tools.


Information in quality mode

SPAT provides a set of charts/reports drawn up in quality mode. These reports can be exported to Word, Excel PDF etc. Dynamic filters are available to filter the information in a variety of ways. The data can be filtered by date, analysis period (monthly, weekly, daily etc.). All charts can be printed in detailed mode or with just the totals. SPAT provides around 40 reports. Some reports permit the information to be presented by client, product, destination, branch office, haulier, vehicle or any other.


Searches

SPAT has a search management module. Searches are parameterised according to the client’s needs. They can be fully moulded to the client’s business and to various profiles. Searches can already have a set of filters predefined.

They can be exported to Excel, which allows the information to be processed using the features provided by that tool.


APA Reports

SPAT automatically generates, and through a set of filters it possesses, the reports for APA (Portuguese Environment Agency) in Excel format.


DB2Excel

This tool automatically inserts SPAT data into Excel files or templates. The tool allows clients to create files with the required layout and it also ensures that dynamic information is filled in according to certain premises.

This tool is very powerful since it can be used to automatically fill in charts of varying degrees of complexity and it provides the possibility of comparing information from different sources or even different years. Graphs can also be generated from the data inserted into Excel worksheets.

This tool rapidly and efficiently generates the reports for EGF (Empresa Geral do Fomento).
