BackOffice

The management of the data in the base tables such as clients, types of clients, products, destination, vehicles, hauliers. Also capable of managing weighing processes, document configuration and data exploration.

BackOffice can be installed on various computers accessing a database that can be centralised in a server or in any other computer.

BackOffice is configured according to the requirements and/or profile of each client/operator. The user interface is intuitive, simple and easy to use.

Technology:

SPAT can use MSDE, SQL Server 2000, MSDE Express or SQL Server 2005 as its database server. It is compatible with Windows 2000 or higher, including Windows Vista.

Main features of the BackOffice module:

• Configuration of the components required for the facility. Input of destinations, origins, products, clients, hauliers, vehicles,...
• Configuration of cards for use in the weighing and/or automatic weighing module
• Configuration of the documents to be used in SPAT, such as the weighing ticket, transport waybill, cash sale, print-out of the waste accompaniment docket, etc...
