Automatic Weighing

Permits weighing operations without the need for operator intervention. When linked to automatic weighing, using SLV family equipment, SPAT provides greater automation of the entire process, thus reducing operator input. The driver automatically performs the operation directly at the automatic station(s).

Not all weighing operations can be performed automatically due to the quantity of information that has to be input and which often varies from weighing operation to weighing operation.

The use of automatic weighing is wholly recommended for linear weighing operations, thus freeing up the operator for other administrative tasks.

The configuration of cards in SPAT is required for automatic weighing operations. The cards can be dynamic or static. A static card is planned for various operations, without limit. A dynamic card is planned for one operation.

The choice and/or input of information to the automatic station are possible with automatic weighing. This will supplement the information already held on the card, thus permitting a consistent weighing operation.
