BackOffice

SPAR BackOffice is the main module, storing and managing all data collected in the process. All the system components (recycling/waste collection bins, products, quantities collected, service kilometres and hours, etc.) can be managed via this module. SPAR BackOffice supplies mechanisms for the full analysis and export of data in various formats (Excel, PDF, Word, etc.).

Collection Management:

• Recycling/waste collection bins
• Products (paper, packaging, glass, unsorted, etc.)
• Fill levels and forecast filling time
• Circuits (single or multi-product) and collection shifts
• Quantities of each product collected
• Computerised and centralised register of information

Resources Management:

• Vehicles, drivers and assistants

• Transmission of messages to drivers

Equipment Maintenance Management:

• Hygiene status, observations, faults, replacements
• Maintenance and cleaning circuits and shifts

Data Exploration:

• Dynamic definition of searches for customised analysis of recorded data
• Automatic printing of collection/maintenance check sheets
• Automatic generation of charts for the EGF (Empresa Geral do Fomento) or other entities
• Printing reports and export to Excel
• Management of information sent by the general public
