Project “Innovate with Equality”

With the expansion of global economy, the companies are starting to gain conscience that a sustainable development is decisive for the future business success and that it can no longer exist a separation between economical and social domains. Therefore, many companies have started to develop policies and practices to promote the gender equality and the conciliation between professional and family life.

It’s in this scenario that the relevance of projects such as Project Innovate with Equality, sponsored by SIG (Gender Equality Commission) arises, whose main objective is to implement in the companies Plans of Gender and Opportunities Equality and sensitize for the synergetic effects of a management responsible in terms of genders, in the person, in the company and in the society. It is fundamental to adopt politics that stimulate entrepreneurial behaviors of “social responsibility” and “entrepreneurial citizenship”.
